Before becoming a professional speaker, trainer and buyers advocate and developer Nigel Kibel worked as a Real Estate Agent in the Melbourne suburb of Canterbury, as a branch manager. With his business partner he then opened his own business which he operated for four years, before moving into the property investment market.

His aim was to study in detail the Australian Property Market, and with the market being as large and diverse, as it is this is a full time profession in itself. He greatly enjoys property trading and has assisted a number of students and clients to successfully deal in property.

He has conducted seminars and courses throughout Australia. He is also currently involved in Project development. Through his learning he has also purchased properties for clients in New Zealand and more recently in the United States. He spent much of 2006 running a real estate firm in San Antonio Texas.

His passion is to teach and show people how to become financially independent through property, and to be able to retire happily. With 88% of Australians unable to maintain their current lifestyle in retirement, there is a great need for people to take action. He continually researches the markets in Australia and New Zealand and the United States so that he can best advice where to purchase to give you the greatest capital growth and returns.
